Hi Jonathon

Yes, it is because you are on Teen SL. You cannot enter the main (adult) grid until you are 18 and I can't get to your Teen grid either - except if I am on an education project and then I have to obtain a certificate of no criminal conviction from a recognized authority to satisfy Linden Lab and then create a new avatar for the Teen grid. Once there, my avatar will be fixed to the location of the project. i.e. as an adult in the teen grid for work, I cannot roam around there as you do there.

When someone on the teen grid reaches 18, she/he will *have to move* from the teen grid to the adult grid.

Hey Nick,

I'm the Assistant Project Manager to the C3D (Computing in Three Dimensions) group. Thank you so much for your offer to help, seeing as that I hardly know what I am doing as it is. On Second Life, I was just wondering about how to reach the larger areas in Second Life. I see plenty of pictures of large cities and impressive complexes, but when I go around, all I see is desert. Is this because I am on teen second life?

Thank you,
Jonathan

Thanks Julie. How do I quickly see which groups already have advisers/experts and who they are?
