Horizon Project 2008

A networking space for teachers and students of the Horizon Project 2008

The Horizon Project is beginning. I'll try and log what happens, thoughts, ideas here. I doubt any one will ever read this, but this should help me keep pace.

As for who I am, now that I realize this gets published on the feed. I am Jonathan C from the Glenbrook South half of the Glenbrook Academy. I am a Korean American who leans left and believes in the atheistic spin of humanism. I like music... a lot, and if you want the list of artists look on My Page. There's a lot. I am also a novice policy debater. Made it to Sems of State before getting beaten by Mitchel (grrr....). I play a lot of alto saxophone, and have been playing for approximately 5 years. I also sing, generally classical, but I am also in the Glenbrook Musical "Throughly Modern Millie" with Melanie, Kyle and Daniel B.

I am a member of the debating cult, and the music cult. I tend to hang out in the debate room when I'm not running around between activities.

For those of you who are in my group, I will work as hard as I can. I am fairly organized (as organized as a debater can get... which is decent) and work well with technology. I also have limited recording technology (I'm at school so I can't post much here). I look forward to working with all of you.

I think that the saxophone is a really cool instrument. I wish you'd record something and upload it to the music on your page so we can hear some of your work!

I'll follow your blog, and encourage some of my students to do so as well. It's important that they know what the project is like for other students involved. Keep up the good work, and we look forward to working with you and monitoring your thoughts.
