- I currently work as an instructional coach at a Houston, Texas high school, and am author of the Change Agency blog. I also write for the LeaderTalk blog. With over 11 years of experience in education and Master's degrees in both Studio Art and Educational Leadership, my background includes teaching studio art, design, computer graphics, animation, and a senior project research methods course. In addition to teaching at the high school and college levels, I have extensive instructional leadership experience and have served as a Smaller Learning Community Coordinator, School Improvement Facilitator, and Dean of Instruction at the high school level while constantly being a strong advocate for technology integration across the curriculum.
