Computer centric? or student centric?
Is the use of technology adding growth to you as an individual?
I found it interesting the students seemed to think the use of computers was still removed from everyday life as such. However they thought this project was quite computer centric with heavy reliance on the technology.
Very nice...'Expanding our horizons', 'Inter-global friends'
Too technology dependent...(is this a bad thing?...my comment)
The theme of having Web 2.0 and online resources as an option in schools is interesting. Non-compulsion makes it easier for teachers to not feel threatened.
I will be recording a session with my students next week.
i tried creating an account last night but it wanted, credit card details and my cellphone number...however when i specified that the country i lived in was Qatar it didn't have a service provider, so it wouldn't let me get an account... do you have any ideas?
(Sorry if that's random, I just remember you talking about it at a Student Advisory Board Meeting with Dr. Riggle and Pryma)
Thanks! Hope you are enjoying your break. :)
Because my profile used to be in the side bar, and my friends section used to be in the main column, and so and so forth.
I kind of liked it better the old way.
Anyways I will probably see you tomorrow.
